Built upon an anciente amiatan farmhouse, Residence Amiata offers apartaments and small-villas, with bathroom, kitchen and veranda. There are every comfort and services.

Realised by the restoration of an ancien farm, respecting the style and the fascination of the old stones worked by hand, the Residence offers:

* Apartments for 2 people are made up of a living-room with cooking corner, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower. They lie on the 1st and the 2nd floor.

* Apartments for 3 people are made up of living-room with cooking corner, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower, a terrace or a veranda. They lie on the ground-, the 1st and the 2nd floor.

* Small Villas or Bungalows for 4 people are made up of a living-room, a kitchen, a bed-room with double bed, a bed-room with 2 single beds, a bath-room with  shower, a veranda.

All Apartments and Small Villas have a gas cooker, a refrigerator, a sink, a televisor, dishes and pots
